All types of postgraduate education and advanced training in the field of intercultural communication offered by educational institutions in recent years are based on the idea of stimulating and ensuring comfortable interaction of people of different nationalities and cultures. The same wording applies to the numerous initiatives to support and stimulate intercultural cooperation, as well as the huge number of relevant publications, educational and training materials. Carefully thought out goals and objectives do not always ensure the achievement of the declared results necessary for the implementation of joint intercultural activities. Where the main goal is natural and comfortable interaction, on the contrary, stereotypes and prejudices increase, there is stiffness in communication between representatives of different cultures and nationalities, and tolerance does not always get realized at the desired level.
