Self-management refers to the ability of an individual to control his cognition, motivation, behavior and emotions in order to achieve academic, psychological and social balance. An individual with good management skills can achieve success in all areas of life. The current study aimed to identify the correlation between self-management skills ( time management, planning, self-assessment ) and academic achievement, and career engagement, and explore the predictability of TM, P, and SA by academic achievement and career engagement. The study sample consisted of 99 EFL students, divided into (52) males and (47) females. The self-management skills scale and career engagement scale were used as study instruments. The results indicated a significant correlation between time management and academic achievement, a significant correlation between time management and career engagement, a significant correlation between self-assessment and career engagement, time management was a significant predictor of academic achievement, and self-assessment was a significant predictor of career engagement.
